Character Development

Your companies “character” or public face should be something they can relate to.  Think about how your customers see you and how you would like them to see you.  Another important part of this is to have a consistent voice across all pages of your site.  If your content is light and silly, then you should try to make your privacy policy or company info pages the same.  I believe you should also work on this voice over time.  If you get it perfect right away, then wow, let’s work together!!  If not, use A B testing and customer surveys to determine what you need to change.  Then make a change and reassess.  Lather, Rinse, Repeat.

Character Development is very important. Don’t forget this aspect of your business amongst everything else. Think about how your customers think of you. Then change it for the better.
